Godsell Arnold Partnership Celebrates 30 Years of Engineering Excellence
Godsell Arnold Partnership recently welcomed clients, partners, colleagues and friends to celebrate a major milestone in the company's history, marking 30 years of delivering consultancy-led structural and civil engineering expertise.
Founded by Bob Godsell and Chris Arnold, the practice has grown to support hundreds of clients across a diverse range of projects, establishing a reputation for technical excellence, trusted advice and strong long-term relationships.
Held at the historic Scaplen's Court and Garden in Poole, the anniversary celebration provided an opportunity to reflect on the achievements of the past three decades while looking ahead to the future of the business.
Addressing guests during the evening, Managing Director Jayes Rana paid tribute to the people who have contributed to the firm's continued success. He thanked the team responsible for organising the event and highlighted the importance of the relationships that have enabled the business to thrive through changing market conditions, economic uncertainty and global challenges. Jayes also outlined the company's commitment to the future, including continued investment in emerging engineering talent, supporting more sustainable and lower-carbon construction practices, and helping clients successfully deliver their development ambitions.
Technical Director Simon Asquith also spoke during the celebrations, reflecting on his own journey within the business. He expressed his gratitude to founders Bob Godsell and Chris Arnold for the opportunity they gave him and for the guidance, mentorship and confidence they instilled throughout his career.
The evening was made especially memorable by the attendance of both founders, whose vision and leadership established the foundations of the practice that continues to flourish today.
Godsell Arnold Partnership would like to thank everyone who joined the celebration, including employees, clients, partners and suppliers who have been part of the company's journey. Special thanks also go to Becky and the team at Salt Pig for providing the refreshments, and to Emma and the wider team at Poole Museum. We are grateful to BCP Council for allowing us to host the event at the beautiful Scaplen's Court and Garden, a remarkable venue and a setting made even more meaningful by our recent involvement in supporting works as part of the wider Poole Museum estate redevelopment.
As we celebrate this important milestone, we remain proud of everything that has been achieved over the last 30 years and look forward to continuing to support our clients, communities and industry for many years to come.
