Luke began his career in structural engineering straight from school, joining the company in 2007. Over the past 18 years, he has worked his way up through the ranks, gaining extensive hands-on experience and earning his AMIStructE qualification along the way.

Known for his practical approach and in-depth technical knowledge, Luke plays a key role in project delivery and team leadership.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys walking his bulldogs, hitting the gym, and unwinding with a good whisky.
