James joined GAP in September 2025 as a project engineer with a strong knowledge of general construction practices and structural solution commonly used within the UK, ensuring that designs are practical, buildable and aligned with industry expectations.  James has MEng and currently holds GMICE, during his penultimate and final years at university he was awarded with the Institution of Civil Engineers’ prize for the best performance.  With extensive experience with the key structural design software which helps to contribute to the successful delivery of a range of projects.

Outside of work James enjoys playing a range of sports particularly, football where he plays for a local team in Dorset on a Saturday morning, and Tennis and Padel.  He also enjoys music with a small record collection of his favourite albums and whenever possible James likes to attend concerts and gigs with his friends.
