Florence is a Trainee Civil Engineer currently working towards her BEng at Portsmouth University while gaining hands-on experience at GAP over the past year. She’s a member of the ICE Bournemouth City Club, a 2023 ICE Quest Technician Scholar, and was named Dorset Chamber Higher and Degree Level Apprentice of the Year in 2023. She’s also an active STEM Ambassador, passionate about inspiring future engineers.

Outside of work, Florence loves staying active and outdoors—whether it’s gym sessions, running, hiking, sea swims, or paddle-boarding. She also enjoys camping, discovering new coffee spots, live music, and hunting for gems in charity shops.
