Caroline is a Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng, MICE) with an MEng and over a decade of experience in the industry. She joined GAP seven months ago, bringing with her a strong background from a London-based structural engineering consultancy and a passion for delivering high-quality, efficient design solutions.

Chartered with the ICE since 2018, Caroline leads with both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset.

Outside of work, she’s always on the move—enjoying kayaking, running, cycling, open water swimming, and even ice skating whenever she gets the chance.
